Free Trial Policy
- We offer one free trial class for new students to experience our teaching approach and learning environment.
- The trial session is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- The free trial is available to new students only and is limited to one trial per family.
- For families with three or more members attending, the free trial session is extended to 40 minutes.
Payments & Fees

- Payment is due in advance at the beginning of every month with a grace period until 5th.
- You may pay a fixed fee monthly according to planned monthly hours, but any adjustments for extra or deducted hours will be reconciled quarterly.
- We accept payments via PayPal or Credit Card. Students are responsible for any transfer fees, transaction charges or currency conversion fees. The Academy must receive the full invoiced amount.
- Student can stop classes anytime, and he can get refunded for the remaining classes. Just let us know earlier (3 days at least) and mention the reason behind stopping.
Student Attendance Policy
In recognition of the value of time and our commitment to respecting the time of all parties, the following attendance regulations have been established:
Students may cancel or reschedule classes using their available monthly rescheduling, cancellation and No-show allowed credits, as allocated in their subscription plan. These credits allow flexibility while ensuring commitment and consistent progress. Credits are non-transferable and non-cumulative. They expire at the end of each month.
1️⃣ Rescheduling & Cancellation
Students must notify the academy at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time to use a rescheduling or cancellation credits.
Rescheduled classes should be completed within 10 days of the original class date.
2️⃣ Late Notification (Within 4 Hours)
If a student notifies of their absence less than 4 hours before the class start time, it will be considered a late Notification.
50% of the class fee will be charged, without any deduction from the student’s rescheduling or cancellation credits.
3️⃣ No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend the class without prior notice OR notifies after the class start time, The class will be considered a No-Show.
The class will be deducted from No-Show allowed credits and when consumed ,the full class fee will be charged.
Two consecutive No-Shows without contact or communication will result in suspension of classes until further notice.
Teachers Punctuality
- If the teacher is not present in the classroom, please contact the Academy immediately so the issue can be addressed promptly.
- In rare circumstances (such as electrical outages or medical emergencies), a teacher may be unable to attend a scheduled class. A make-up lesson will be scheduled within one week at the student’s convenience at no additional cost.
- In some cases, the administration may assign a substitute teacher to conduct the class. Students will be notified in advance to confirm their availability and agreement.. The substitute teacher will use the same classroom and follow the Academy’s lesson plan and instructions for that day.
- For quality purposes, supervisors may enter the classroom to observe the class. For female students, the supervisor will be a female.
- In order to ensure that we offer high quality classes, some lessons may be recorded for review by the administrator.
- The recorded lessons are only for use by the administration/supervisors, so that we can regularly check the quality of the classes and the teachers.
Ramadan & Eid Holidays
We highly recommend continuing your Quran and Arabic classes during Ramadan to maintain your progress and schedule. Some class timings may be adjusted to accommodate student and teacher Iftaar, Suhoor and Taraweeh prayer.
The academy will be closed during the following Eid holidays:
- Eid El-Fitr: 1st day only.
- Eid Adha: 1st and 2nd days
- Classes that fall on these dates will be rescheduled either before or after the holiday, at a mutually convenient time, to ensure students do not miss any lessons.
Privacy Policy & Contact
- Bastah Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of both students and teachers. All personal information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed, shared, copied, or used for any unauthorized purposes.
- Never share your personal contact details (Phone, Email, Address, Credit Card) with any teacher directly.
- No private messages between teacher and student at all. Communication must go through official channels.
